As a young boy I was always interested in anything that had an engine. so of course as i grew my determination grew as well. I entered the navy after high school and excelled at diesel turbine engines and also gas engines, where I fine tuned all of my aspects of car and truck repair. I have passed all test that have earned me the ASE Master technician in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance and I enjoy coming to work and giving each customer 100 percent of my attention on there vehicle. Mr. Helms is extremely helpful and knowledgable when it comes to transmissions and vehicles in general. My transmission in my 2017 Ram was starting to slip, and he built me a new one from start to finish using top of the line parts instead of just standard issue prefab. His pricing is extremely fair and he is an extremely nice man.
My 2011 Silverado transmission was going out after a full life of service. After an honest conversation with Mitch we decided on a full rebuild. Mitch was open, honest and fair through the entire process. Never a guessing game on what was happening. He not only fixed the transmission but was also able to fix a rear seal leaking from a full rebuilt engine another ship did poorly. I will be coming back to Mitch for all my service from hear on out. If you want old school honest service with no run around, this is the shop to come to!
